Quilt Cost Calculator
Enter your materials and time. You get the total cost and a suggested selling price.
How the quilt cost calculator works
The total is materials (fabric, batting, thread) plus quilting plus your time. Longarm quilting is usually charged per square inch: about $0.015 to $0.025 for an edge-to-edge design, and more for custom work. Enter 0 if you quilt it yourself and count those hours instead.
The suggested price adds a markup on materials to cover fabric that goes unused, shipping and wear on your tools.
